Our commitment

Ross & Candor Mortgage Group wants everyone to be able to learn about home loans and reach Jen Ross, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we hold body text to the stricter AAA contrast level (7:1) in both light and dark mode.

What we’ve done

• A “Skip to content” link, clear page landmarks and a logical heading order.
• Full keyboard support with a visible focus outline on every link, button and form field.
• Form fields with visible labels; errors are announced and linked to the field they belong to.
• Tap targets at least 44 by 44 pixels, and layouts that reflow at 320 pixels wide and 200% zoom.
• Light and dark mode that follow your device setting, with a switch in the header that remembers your choice.
• Motion is reduced or removed when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and no information conveyed by color alone.

Known limitations

We test with automated tools (axe-core) and by hand with a keyboard. If something on this site doesn’t work for you, that’s on us, and we want to hear about it.
