What we collect
When you send a pre-qualification request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, contact preferences, the kind of loan and home you're considering, rough price and down payment ranges, a self-estimated credit range, your timeline, and any notes. We also record the date and time, your IP address, your browser type, and the consent statements you agreed to, so we have a record of your permission to contact you.
What we don't collect
This form never asks for your Social Security number, date of birth, account numbers, or income documents, and submitting it does not pull your credit report. If you choose to apply for a loan later, that happens through a separate, secure application with its own disclosures.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request: Jen Ross uses your details to contact you the way you asked and to discuss mortgage options that may fit. We don't sell your information or share it with other companies for their marketing.
Calls, texts, and email
We contact you only if you check the consent box on the form. Text messages are sent only if you separately check the texting box. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text, or ask us to stop contacting you.
How it's stored
Requests are stored in private, access-controlled cloud storage and delivered to Jen by email. Access is limited to the people who need it to help you.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted. Reply to any email from Jen, or send a new request through the form with a note, and we'll take care of it.
